Designed and implemented an end-to-end operational process, from registration to result delivery, scaling to serve over 2,000 clients daily across 18 test sites at peak capacity.• Led the digital strategy surrounding COVID-19 testing at Doctors Hospital, including the development of Doctors Hospital's COVID-19 testing platform. This system facilitated with ease the processing of over 1 million tests across The Bahamas.• Created and managed real-time COVID-19 Data Dashboards for the two largest hospitality employers in the Bahamas, informing executive decisions on staffing and client health.• Led the development and deployment of The Bahamas' COVID-19 Vaccination Platform, supporting an initial 8,000 vaccinations issued in partnership with The Bahamas Ministry of Health.• Led project management for a custom COVID-19 testing application for the world's largest cruise line, facilitating cruise departures from the Bahamas and contributing to the revival of the local cruise economy.
