I have over 20 years previous career experience leading entertainment and other businesses with a proven track record of success. I’ve developed, managed and promoted top music artists, bands and music events and made invaluable contributions to the Caribbean entertainment industry, mentoring and guiding many now successful artists careers. Observing the changing world and the most pivotal issues affecting us, I decided to pivot to first understand these issues within business, and upskill to enable me to make a contribution marrying my passions for Business, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability. Some of my key personal attributes are resilience, perseverance, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, diversity mindset, natural curiosity and voracious learning appetite but I've also developed practical business acumen to excel in the contemporary business environment. I have now concluded my course of study achieving BA (Hons) Business and Management (Entrepreneurship). In line with my ambition to contribute to sustainable value creation within businesses, I’m seeking graduate roles where I may apply my experience and new skills in Business Analysis, Business Strategy, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Business Planning, Team Working, Presentation skills, Marketing and many more.
