• Achieve Business targets and deliver across CASA, TD, Fee and Business Banking goals.• Leading a team of 8 Operations staff including operations manager, 1 Sales Managers, 2 Wealth Managers, 1 Business Banking Relationship Manager and 10 Sales Executives.• Increase the NRV through deepening & cross sell of Insurance, Mutual funds, SIPS, structured notes, FMP’s, etc; managing HNI relationships; acquisition of high value NTB relationships; extending portfolio management services to Wealth customers.• Device business sourcing strategies; monitor the lead management system; conduct customer meets/seminars; increase the visibility of the bank through various road shows, and several ads through the local print and electronic media.• Effectively control Cost; manage within budgets; control leakage of income; conduct cost benefit analysis for the services offered.• Hiring right profiles, build best in class team, motivating them for higher responsibilities, tracking daily productivity of the team and conducting periodic performance appraisals.• Track exceptional transactions; approve OD limits/ TOD, cheque/DD purchase; approve waiver of service charges & ensure strict compliance in all operations as per bank norms.• Drive High Yielding advances; generate revenue through fund and non-fund based business.Notable Accomplishments• Business growth across all the functions.
