Mr. Sheth has consistently been an exemplary employee, displaying significant consideration and helpfulness for library patrons and for his fellow student assistants. He has historically worked the late night shifts; these require a high level of responsibility, as full-time library staff are not present. The primary responsibilities for student assistant positions include providing customer service for SMU’s students and faculty, troubleshooting technical issues for computers and printers throughout the library, providing access to library materials, and performing basic reference help, among myriad other tasks. Mr. Sheth has excelled at each and every one of these and is consistently recognized by myself and other Fondren Library staff members as an indispensable asset to our student workforce. Many changes have occurred throughout the library during Mr. Sheth's time here, and he has taken each of them in stride and has continued to provide excellent service our patrons and community. He is an extremely reliable employee, and is thoughtful and courteous in any circumstance.
