Hungama offers the world’s largest digital collection of Bollywood & Hindi and Regional Indian music, movies, TV shows, music videos and Original content.As Product Head, I lead the distributed organisation of Product Managers, Engineers and User Experience designers. Launched the service officially on the Web and OTT platforms in August 2011, followed by services on living room devices as well as integrations with leading Telecom providers in India and OEMs such as Mi (Xiaomi), Karbonn & more.• Defined and executed the Product Vision, Strategy and Technology Roadmaps• Hired and built a dynamic mix of Product managers, UX specialists to deliver on the roadmap and strategy • Grew the service from inception to India's Top 3 On-demand Music & Video OTT services, via integrated marketing campaign

In an otherwise free music streaming environment, BSNL/ Hungama was a fully paid offering which remains till date a highly successful service generating revenues as well as positive consumer response. • Anayou.com - A Du Telecom, Dubai multi-lingual initiative offered in English, French & Arabic.Essentially an digital entertainment magazine across news and gossip from across Bollywood and MENA region. • BollywoodHungama.com, World’s Premier Online Bollywood News, Videos & Features site.

BigAdda.com, Reliance Entertainment’s foray into the world of Social Networking in India.Worked on Product conceptualisation, planning & led the Product team. Providing direction & growth for the product line to meet market demands.Going beyond just connecting with friends, BigAdda offered its users to share their Photos and Videos with friends and family likewise. With over 1 million+ registered users in the first 6 months of launch, it achieved its goal in generating traction and making an identity for itself.
