I am a Project Coordinator for The Counsel Network (now a Caldwell company), based in our Calgary and Vancouver offices. I manage a growing legal recruitment practice across the in-house, private practice, and public sector areas. I am also a key member of our recruitment team, managing, coordinating, and executing project tasks from start to finish. I provide various project support, as well as clerical and administrative functions. As a compassionate and thoughtful coordinator, I pride myself on truly understanding the needs of clients and candidates, connecting the right people with the appropriate clients by taking a holistic look at their strengths, personalities, and career goals. Additionally, I am a member of Caldwell’s DEI Council and a Leader of Caldwell Learns, a monthly discussion group that explores DEI topics across the firm.

I support our team with recruitment efforts for our retained searches. I ensure that all the necessary steps are taken to have successful placements, from conducting interviews, to scheduling, to having invoices created. I am also an active member of Caldwell's Diversity Council and a Co-Leader of our internal DEI learning series called "Caldwell Learns". I bring my passion for inclusive spaces and reducing minority-stress to the work I do at Caldwell.
