Responsibilities:o Meeting clients, discussing their required and drawing sketches for project.o Identifying customer requirements and attending meetings on site.o Preparing and designing the project ,designing the elevations and made theperspective .o Drawing all what the project needs to get the approval from municipality.o Checking the MEP drawing and drawing it if necessary.o Ensuring that all drawing (STR, MEP, Civil Defense …etc)is matching with thearchitectural drawing.o Ensuring and completing all documents and drawings for FGB, Municipality,town planning files.o Preparing materials , specifications and quantities schedules depending on theclients request.o Preparing the tender documents and invitation contractors.o Prepare the weekly and monthly reports and submit it to the manager.o Inspections and ensure the steel matching the specifications and approveddrawings.o Writing the report and notes from the site and send it to the contractors.o Ensuring that the contractor doing and committing the notes.o Leading the team and ensure employers do their duties.o Following up all departments and their regulations and procedures updates.

Responsibilities:o Responsible Engineer of the all structural works.o Prepare the daily work plan, overseeing project progression and ensuring guidelines and time lines are followed to ensure prompt delivery of the project.o Prepare the weekly and monthly reports and submit it to the project managero Coordinating with the related Subcontractors (Form work Supplier, MEP, ConcreteSupplier, False Ceiling, Aluminum, Stone, Cladding…etc).o Ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with specifications andrelevant building codes.o Ensure that the work is matching with the Safety requirements and regulations.o Monitor quality of workmanship & materials.
