In the scientific team participated in decentralization reform in Ukraine. - Participated in 16 social-economic development strategies development, including for the Vizirska united community, where many port-industrial complex enterprises are situated;- Conducted strategical workshops, prepared SWOT analyses, conducted sociological surveys;- Developed local projects of regional value in the areas of economy, ecology, and social initiatives;- Searched for financing of local and regional projects;- Took part in Public-Private Partnerships development projects intiated by TransInvestService (TIS);- Conducted research and prepared publications about assesment of local comunities' economic capabilities;- Prepared calculations of local comunities financial self-sufficiency;- Took part in fesiability study of the milk powder production plant preparation, searched for product distribution markets.
