I am a founding Director at The Outdoor Group Ltd, where our purpose continues to be to 'connect people planet and purpose for an awesome future'The outdoors group provides a true alternative to mainstream education and has gained outstanding results for learners with SEND by providing exceptional value for money and high quality education. We are consistently growing our offer to better support young people across the whole SW peninsula and we currently work with all of the south wests local authorities to ensure learners have the provision they deserve. We have grown the company from 12 staff and a £240k turnover in 2016 to 110+ staff and £3.8m turnover and growing. With 14 sites across Devon and Somerset we have a wide geographic reach and we are proud of the incredibly highly skilled, dedicated and professional team we have serving the education community across the peninsula.
