    After going through a downsizing at Merck and Company, Inc., I moved back to my hometown (Baltimore, Md.). I spent months working with a contractor to rehab a first-floor apartment in the Butchers Hill area. The rehab work complete, I then turned my focus to my small batched artisanal food company, Comforting Confections and Savories. I realized that my business name was much too long and complicated, so I developed a fictitious name, Bmore Tasteful. One of the goals of Bmore Tasteful is to share family stories and culture through food. Over the last 4-years, I have developed a successful product line of hand-held comfort foods from around the world. The product line consists of Israeli Spinach pies, knishes, various shepherds pies, and desserts from around the world. The products appeal to my tinniest customer Maggie, who is two, to Ester who is 90 plus. I have loved growing a business the challenges and the successes. Now, it’s time for my next new, exciting and rewarding challenge. I have decided to close Bmore Tasteful and seek a full-time position. Utilizing my entrepreneurial skills and marketing communications skills, I am looking for a Senior Communications and Marketing position.

    I had the rewarding experience of being the lead communications manager for ISENSTRESS, which is indicated for the treatment of HIV. ISENTRESS can be used to treat both naïve and experienced HIV patients. Based on health care professional (HCP) and patient insights, I developed and implemented the health-care professional, naïve launch strategy. Across the HIV market, ISENTRESS naïve launch was one of the most successful HIV treatment launches.Although I was HCP focused, I sat in on the patient market research. After hearing patients discuss how ISENTRESS, when added to their HIV regimen, changed the quality of their lives, I realized that patient profiles needed to part of the HCP communication plan. In a crowded HIV market, the patient profiles broke through the clutter aiding ISENTRESS to not only meet plan but also exceed plan.I was an integral part of developing the personality for ISENTRESS and helping patients go in and talk to the HCPs about the side effects of their HIV therapy. Helping to improve the HCP patient conversation about HIV therapy was fulfilling and rewarding.
