Steered the firm successfully through the sale of Louis Dreyfus Highbridge Energy's parent company to a new group of investors, completing two separate external audits, switching from a liability to an equity-based deferred compensation plan and closely managing inter and intra firm relationships. Subsequent to the change in ownership, helped rebrand the firm into Castleton Commodities International. In addition, led the financial due diligence of new acquisitions in excess of $150MM, consisting of a 1,200 MW power plant in the North East as well as upstream and midstream oil and gas properties.As head of Finance Strategic Initiatives successfullly implemented SAP ERP in less than six months, creating a global back office system platform capable of straight through procerssing and settlment of financial and physical commodity products.

As CFO and Treasurer created the accounting, reporting and control infrastructure to support re-start of Société Générale's physical energy commodity business in North America and participate in expansion of the platform by integrating external acquisitions into the global operating framework. Key contributor to various steering committee's assembled to address the impact of Basel III, Dodd-Frank and the Volcker Rule on the bank's operating model; identified and proposed alternative operating models to minimize adverse effect on liquidity and trading strategies.
