• Implementing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Including creating the necessary procedures and instructions such as knowledge management procedure and performance assessment procedure as well as process map, process identification forms, quality policy, etc.• Planning and conducting internal audit on regular basis • Holding management review meetings on regular basis In order to check the inputs and make sure QMS works properly and preparing reports of the outcome.• Measuring and monitoring KPIs periodically.• Controlling documents and records including reviewing and updating procedures, instructions and forms periodically, making sure that only authorized employees have access to certain documents and records, etc.• Updating and improving the procedures such as purchasing procedure, training procedure, etc. • Taking corrective actions whenever there are nonconformities mostly due to the results of inertial audits, management review meetings, measuring and monitoring KPIs, etc.

• Implementing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 including creating the necessary procedures and instructions like stakeholder management procedure and risk assessment procedure as well as process map, process identification forms, quality policy, etc.• Updating and improving the procedures, instructions and forms related to the production process.• Creating, updating and improving the procedures, instructions and forms related to the human resource management process (for example, improving procedures like training procedure, recruitment procedure, etc.)• Planning and conducting internal audit on regular basis• Controlling documents and records (including updating procedures, instructions and forms based on requests, Restricting access to certain documents and records, etc.)• Taking corrective actions whenever there are nonconformities; mostly due to the results of inertial audits.

• Implementing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949:2016, Renault standards and Peugeot standards (including creating the necessary procedures and instructions like training procedure and 5S implementation instruction and also process identification forms, quality policy, etc.) • Planning and conducting Process audit, internal audit and product audit on regular basis• Holding management review meetings on regular basis in order to check the inputs and make sure quality management system works properly and preparing reports of the outcome.• Measuring and monitoring KPIs periodically • Controlling documents and records (including reviewing and updating procedures, instructions and forms periodically, making sure that only authorized employees have access to certain documents and records, etc.)• Taking corrective actions using problem solving method (8D) whenever there are nonconformities mostly due to the results of audits, management review meetings, measuring and monitoring KPIs, etc.• Determining employees’ training needs as well as planning for the training programs, holding the relevant courses and finally evaluating the training courses effectiveness.• Evaluating suppliers on regular basis in order to make sure they are capable of providing acceptable quality products. • Implementing the requirements of 5S (especially in the warehouse and production hall)• Evaluating employees’ satisfaction, analyzing the results and providing a report of it.• Calculating Cost Of Quality (COQ) periodically and taking proper actions based on the results (the aim is to decrease internal and external failure costs and increase prevention and appraisal costs instead)

• Implementing the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005 (including creating the necessary procedures and instructions like purchasing procedure and track and trace procedure)• Planning and conducting internal audit on regular basis• Measuring and monitoring KPIs• Creating FMEA procedure, evaluating process risks by using FMEA method, determining and taking suitable actions in order to decrease RPN. • Evaluating customer’s satisfaction and providing a report of the outcome.• Taking corrective actions whenever there are nonconformities mostly due to the results of inertial audits, risk analysis, etc.

• Making necessary arrangements for audits (for example: setting suitable dates and times for audits for both customers and auditors, reserving hotels for the auditors if they were to travel to another city to conduct audit, etc.)• Uploading audit reports on the company website• Accompanying auditors as an observer to conduct audit in companies.
