Project Manager for multiple clients including Disney+. Planning, executing and delivering projects across multiple teams (operations, client services, product and technology) ensuring that reporting and documentation are in place.

- Planning and coordination of a variety of pre-release, high-profile subtitling projects, collaborating with a number of stakeholders, from Client Services to other global production teams;
- Coordinate all phases of project management from obtaining work requests to interpreting and setting up projects accurately, booking translators for tasks, negotiating internal deadlines with numerous production teams, and assuring all production is completed on time;
- Ensuring project milestones remain on track and projects are delivered on time and to high standards;
- Monitoring and managing the lifecycle of subtitling projects, identifying and flagging issues that require management escalation;
- Ensure correct payment rates are implemented for each assignment;
- Communicate regularly with the client services team, territory associates, and translators with regard to project status, milestones, and requirements;
- Assist language users, client translators, and internal production teams to resolve flags, questions, and concerns;
- Escalate when orders are at risk of not being delivered on time;
- Project manage end-to-end localization workflow using internal translation management tools and systems (Sfera).

Manage localization projects and requirements across internal and external vendors & freelancers, from Origination to QC needs by using Client’s proprietary tool set.

-Update various documents and spreadsheets with scheduling, delivery and QC information.
-Creating projects and managing language assets in our client tools, as well as exporting and editing script and subtitle notes for fulfillment partners.
-Create asset orders, running regular reports via internal tools.
-Liaise with internal employees on deadlines and missing information.
-Track and manage status and monitor progress of deliverable with linguists and clients while coordinating with language teams to ensure deliveries are being done.
-Identify and manage project risk through prioritization, bug management, and any other means necessary.
