I enjoy working in an environment with people that I can identify with where I can put all my hard work into ideas that me and my team have. During my time as a facilitator at BACR, I was able to work in teams and build a relationship with other co-workers. I was able to create and present presentations that I created or created with a team and to work with my public speaking skills . I believe these skills and qualifications I have gained over time will help me in future job opportunities because I'm able to work with different people and have creativity . Also, I'm able to have a well-developed line of communication with everyone around me. For example as a facilitator I was able to create a curriculum and discuss it with my coworkers to be able to get feedback from them and discuss new ideas for every coworker to make a new curriculum. It has been beneficial in my communication and public speaking skills and I would like to implement those skills in future job opportunities.
