• Responsibilities;
• Provide accurate and timely monthly financial reporting to Endemol International of the African entities. The African entities consist of: Endemol South Africa Holdings, Endemol South Africa, Endemol East Africa.
• Preparation of Financial Statements for all 5 African entities as listed above
• Preparation and submission of annual tax computations, monthly VAT returns and Withholding Tax submissions for all African entities
• Assist with the Strategic Planning and annual budgeting for the Companies
• Margin analysis and review

• Management of a team of 5 members based around the world. These reports were based in Australia, The United States of America, Brazil, France and China
• Maintenance of all Master Data to ensure it is correctly aligned with the new structures being designed
• Serving as the key interface between end users and system developers
• Providing end user support

• Co-ordination and consolidation of BP's Global Telecommunications Performance Review and Group Financial outlook forecasting processes
• Performance of Balance Sheet Integrity reconciliation's for signoff by function controllers
• Providing assistance to the Information Technology & Systems Leadership team in production of the 5 year strategic performance plan and detailed fixed cash costs
• Management of monthly accruals, prepayments, inter-company expenses, recharges, reconciliations and cost analysis

• Preparation and submission of all UK based BP Companies Functional Management Information
• Analysis of all variances between actual and budget by Function and cost type
• Providing commentary on above stated variances
• Ensuring system utilisation to optimise accuracy in reporting
• Liaising with Function controllers to determine budgets and key performance indicators
