As a Senior Consultant, Shez has been working in various roles (including the role of a operational readiness coordinator and completions coordinator) for the project delivery team - mainly interfacing between various internal and external stakeholder, ensuring the delivery team are prepared for major works at the same time meeting the stakeholder's pre-requisite for delivery of major works. Additionally, Shez has been in charge of developing several procedures (operational readiness & defect rectification) in addition to developing management plans. These management plans and procedures were later distributed to the wider project audience, ensuring higher quality of works were produced by the correct and approved method. Shez additionally ensured all works completed fed into the completions report he was compiling, where these report would be presented to the Alliance Leadership Team for achieving project completions

Shez has been working in the project delivery arm of Evans&Peck in the transport sector (as Project Engineer/Project Manager and Coordinator). Some of the works include Project Management on V/Line's Regional Stabling Yard project, project manager (design) on Traralgon EPA Drainage Improvement works & Bendigo Stabling Yard.Working in the Regional Rail Link project in V/Line, Shez have been the interface engineer on Work Package F - rail over rail grade separation. Tasks include design review to coordinating between AROs, stakeholders (internal & external) & contractors. Additionally, Shez have been working as a site engineer for V/Line during the occupations held throughout the package project. From design reviews, Shez have naturally progressed to supervision and working in the construction phase and was naturally progressing towards the assisting of the completion of the Work Package. From Oct 2013, Shez have started to work in Rail Systems as Type Approval manager, Training Coordinator and Operational Readiness Coordinator and Completions Coordinator. A summary of Shez's tasks involve ensuring the equipment which requires type approvals are actually approved by the AROs prior to installing them in the commissioning works, coordinating training with the ARO and the supplier, and ensuring all documentations and preparations are in place in time for the occupations and finally coordinating with various stakeholders in order to achieve project completions.

Shez worked as a track engineer and project coordinator on: V/Line Regional Stabling yard, ARTC Passing Loop, Newport Stage 3, Regional Rail Link (DoT), Newport Siding (Thiess), Southern Cross Platform 15 & 16 Activation (Metro Trains). As a track engineer and project coordinator, Shez was involved in various design works. Soon afterwards, Shez naturally transitioned into the project management group, where he was heavily involved in Bid works, running of several projects in addition to financial reporting of the project.

Shez was a project engineer, based on several sites where his role included verification and validation of of the Class A treatment plant in accordance to the design. Shez worked with the clients to ensure that they knew how to operate the plant correctly, and help to resolve any problem that came rose from the commissioning stage.

Shez worked at AML BD, part of international exposure he received during his early stages of his career. Working as a site engineer, Shez ensured the construction of projects was in accordance to the design and as per schedule. Shez worked on the landmark hospital facility in Bangladesh, where he was taking on the role of both the Project Engineer and the site superintendent, ensuring all works are done in accordance to the contract, which included management of laborers, calculating and ordering materials, revising schedule and Gantt Chart, and inspection of procurement and final structure, writing out NCR's, DCN's, RFI's.

Shez was involved in design, construction and commissioning of several Class A water treatment plant, where his main role was a commissioning engineer, ensuring the treatment plant worked in accordance to the PLC programs.
