Closing sales.- Design specific strategies that deliver customized solutions for the business that drive profit, revenue growth and value creation for both Social Media Radar and the customer.- Develop a situation analysis of your company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business. - Define the purpose, function and key success metrics of the team.- Contribute to the execution and Development of new business management metrics - Ensure the fulfillment of sales, account and market objectives. -Analyze the customer’s business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.- Responsible for the negotiations of contracts with the commercial manager.- Responsibility for Marketing Communications and Pre-sales Technical Support. - Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry
