Sarah Helms joined Wells Fargo in May 2004 as a Teller. Nevertheless, she has been in IT Asset Management for the majority of her career and is currently a Business/Data Analyst within the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) area. In this role, Sarah is accountable for performing responsibilities associated with the asset reconciliation processes. This includes identifying variances between systems of record for assets, engaging the correct support resources to resolve discrepancies, and pinpointing root cause and corresponding with corrective actions. Sarah obtained a BS in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science and minors in Statistics and Spanish from Appalachian State University, and an MS in Mathematical Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is an IAITAM Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional ("CHAMP") and a 2006 alumna of the Wachovia Operations, Technology, and eCommerce Associate Program.
