Work from home position- Responsible for managing the specialized work performed by team of Field Inventory Representatives to ensure completion of company requirements. This includes IT, SaaS, troubleshooting, and continued support with employees and upper management. Responsible for adhering to budget, handling hiring and training of staff, addressing employee relations issues, including termination, and ensuring high quality and timeliness of direct reports.
