- Assist daily order fulfilment and monitor product shipments through our internal Order Management system (Oracle Netsuite)- Performing goods receipts in system- Liaise with our 3PLs for delivery statuses and ensure prompt delivery of orders- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via emails and our ticketing system- Ensure customers’ orders are timely and accurately entered in system- Responsible for validating and processing customer orders from the time of receipt the order to its closure & billing- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time by company and supervisor or manager

- Supervise, manage and motivate team members on a daily basis- Monitor team performance and provide coaching- Issue invoice for all downloaded PO from all ecommerce platforms- Handle and manage customers’ inquiries/complaints via seller chat- Upload all orders to 3PL and follow up the delivery status- Update product listings & manage product contents on all ecommerce platforms- Submit all campaigns mechanism and vouchers creation- Work closely with the marketing, warehouse & inventory team to ensure smooth operation of ecommerce platforms, including order fulfilment and logistic arrangement- Liaise with finance team to ensure all billing is accurate

- Receive travel itinerary & quote the best price for the itinerary on time- Deal with suppliers to get the best offer to the clients- Always be aware the price to prevent under/over quoted- Familiar using google map to ensure the smoothness of itinerary- Checking open/closed for the tourist attraction- Keep updating countries knowledge and info- Work well independently and on a team to solve problem

- Greet and welcome hotel guests with a warm smile- Check-in and check-out guests- Provide interested persons with information about the hotel, available rooms and rates- Ensure all the complaints addressed to the duty manager on duty- Answer all incoming and outgoing calls and redirect message to respective team members- Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk environment- Adhere to all hotel rules and policies
