1. Supplier Issue Driving Monitor the incoming material reject rate, handle meeting with suppliers to figure out the recovery plan, failure analysis and long term solution. Confirm the major material defect in production line, review the internal report provided by engineering team, supplier audit according to checklist. Verify with customer to double identify the rejects from customer end, organize inner meeting to work out short term solution, coordinate with supplier to fix issues and consolidate the final report to customers.2. Process Issue Solving: Analyze the trend of the yields at AOI/ICT/FVT/FNI/OBA, breakdown the top issues which contributing 80% of total defects and via 5WHY/DOE quality tools to identify the top factors then find out the optimized solutions. Lead IPQC to audit production line, ware house and kitting areas. Announce the abnormalities to corresponding teams and managers, track the case closure status and reoccurrence rate. Overview the FAI(First Article Inspection) report, periodically check the FAI report complete status and drive related team to make the open items closed. Build Kaizen team to pick out the missing yield target stations and low efficiency production lines to do LEAN or 6 Sigma improvements.
