I was fifteen years old when I got my first "real" job as a team member at Zesty's Frozen Custard in Green Bay, WI. There I gained experience about what it means to give great customer service and really learned what it's like to be in the workforce. From there I went on to work in multiple call centers where I continued to gain knowledge and skills about how to deal with difficult situations and how to remain professional. In 2019 I took a job as a customer service representative for JBS Carriers scheduling delivery appointments. I was then promoted to a Driver Manager. Now I have logistics knowledge such has hours of service rules, driver safety rules, and how to manage a fleet of trucks. I continue to learn new things every day.
