I am a Safety and Loss Prevention Leader with over 30 years of cross-functional experience in law, safety, and loss prevention, and a proven track record of protecting the assets and people of global organizations. I hold two prestigious certifications from Wicklander-Zulawski & Associates, the leading industry experts in interview and interrogation techniques, and I am also OSHA certified for 30 hours in general industry safety and health.Currently, I lead the safety and loss prevention operations for all Decker Brand Distribution Centers nationwide, managing and directing a workforce of over 10,000 associates. I oversee the implementation of comprehensive safety and security measures, such as safety policies and procedures, OSHA recordkeeping and reporting, employee training, safety inspections and audits, and operation stoppages. I also implement strategies to identify and deter organized retail crime, shrinkage, and fraud, using advanced interviewing and interrogation skills.
