Responsible for leading the head office finance and accounting functions as well as group’s treasury and funding operations in support of the company’s strategies.

Overall responsible for the accounting, finance and taxation functions of the Group to comply with Singapore accounting requirements and International Accounting Standards as well as previously, the Singapore Stock Exchange Listing Manual requirements. The role is also responsible for organizing the financial resources and procuring financial support for the Group and its subsidiaries to meet the Group’s strategic objectives. Examples include supporting business units (i.e. Local & overseas Operation/Sales teams) with their respective investments or projects and leading the Group’s Merger’s & Acquisition (M&A) projects across the region The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board of Directors. Managing 50 accounts staff through 6 Finance Managers that support 22 active companies within the group.

Lead the financial management of the group’s local and overseas business operations. The role has significant liaison with both internal and external stakeholders including auditors, bankers & government authorities. The role also includes project management (SAP), business development operations (Hotel & F&B) and corporate development (branding & admin). The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and manages 22 Singapore based accounts staff that support 12 active companies within the group.

Responsible for all operational and financial reporting functions for RDAP to Head office. The day to day role includes managing full set of accounts including tax computation for the Singapore regional office, issuance of Letter of Credit (LC) trade facilities and preparation of management reports to Senior Management in Head office and RDAP for all entities in the Asia Pacific region. The role reports to the RDAP Finance Director.

Responsible for the accounting & reporting functions of SIA’s North Asian station’s to Head Office. The day to day role includes troubleshooting SAP issues faced by Accountants in North Asia; manage SIA’s Phase 2 SAP system implementation and monitoring the Accounts Payable (AP) of all North Asian stations. The role reports to the Vice-President (Revenue Accounting) .
