I am currently improving by trying to develop my cocktail skills during my time here at Soba.

During my time at the Head of Steam Headingley I have improved my bar skills by taking part in coffee training, some basic cocktail training and I have undertaken some cellar training e.g. changing keg barrels. I have developed an eye for detail as I pride myself in serving each drink perfectly for customers to enjoy. I am also now familiar with American, craft and Belgian beers making my knowledge more diverse. This job role also involved some waitressing; therefore I have good table service skills.

I have experience working with in a nightclub. I have worked busy, fast paced shifts such as bank holidays and student nights, which has helped develop my ability to multi task and requires good problem solving skills.

I am able to accurately operate tills and handle cash. I am experienced in waitressing along side bar work. Working for such a well-known brand, I am able to work well as a part of a team and show a high standard of customer service.
