Project handing FGD Project, Rubber Expansion Joints,Working in Project & Engineering department and associated with Project Management, Client Management, Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management and Engineering of EPC Project like Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) system, Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP), Ash Handling System and Slurry Handling System/Equipment, Compressed air System & Mill Reject Handling System Review the tender specification, client requirement & interact with client during Pre-Bid, Post Bid & during Contract stages Representing organization at Pre-bid and Post-bid Techno-commercial meetings with Clients. Developing effective management system to provide information on progress, risk identification & mitigation plan, resource management, opportunities to prevent LDs  Development of Base line schedule, Internal Schedule, External / Customer Schedule, and Different Contractual Schedule in association with Schedule Control department Prepare RFQ for the bought-out items for various packages like Absorber Recirculation Pumps, Gypsum Dewatering, Limestone Grinding, Oxidation Blowers, Dampers etc and review the vendor offers. Review the vendor’s offer’s & Negotiating with sub vendors to optimize BOM and Cost during bidding and subsequent during Execution of project Played pivotal role as single point contact with diverse vendors, consultants & customers  Co-Ordinate all Engineering deliverables during bidding to prepare comprehensive and competitive bid. Performed system & equipment sizing/selection, design calculation for offered systems like Ash Handling System, Slurry Handling System and its sub-system like Centrifugal Pumps, Blowers, GGH, Compressors, Fan etc. Review the drawings/document (General Arrangement, PFD, P&ID, Calculations etc) generated by Team members and Vendors during detail engineering Managed division of works (DoW) and Terminal Points/Exclusion for seamless execution of projects.
