As a City Mission manager, My responsibility is to monitor and manage all the flagship programs running by the Government of Odisha and Govt. of India at ULB level.

• Liasioning with State Government’s internal departments- Overall Monitoring and Data Management of Jaga Mission.• Community Mobilization and Slum Profiling for better involvement with the community.• Analyzing primary data to generate eligible applicants in association with the Revenue department, urban local body, and the District Urban Development Agency (DUDA).• Handholding support to ULBs to provide the Land rights certificates to slum dwellers and transform the slums into liveable habitats.• Support the Revenue Department to identify the govt land and relocate the slums to better living habitats.• Organizing monthly district level meetings with the district collector and all other concerned officials to ensure deliverables to the end mile user.• Deputation to Concurrent Districts- SDA Formation, Stickering & Mapping, USHA form Verification & Sorting and Data digitization.

• Monitoring the overall SBM(G) program at the district level and reporting to the District Collector and Project Director.• Monitor, analyze and ensure updation of MIS data and support in developing a decision support mechanism.• Coordinating and supporting district administration for better Finance utilization, IEC & sustainability planning and implementation.• Provide support for the development and roll out of the social behavioral change communication (SBCC), training and capacity-building plan with a focus on the Community-led total sanitation (CLTS) approach to various stakeholders• Developing linkages and networking with various stakeholders such as government departments, civil society organizations, corporate, etc. • Data collection and Social media management.

- Worked on SIDBI-PSGI-ACCION Financial Literacy and Women Empowerment project- Ground level training to SHG group members regarding financial inclusion and Gender. - Conducted baseline and end-line surveys.- Covered 750 clients in my tenure.
