Lead all efforts and activities aimed at ensuring that the necessary Human and Financial Resources, and other infrastructure and logestics are available at a sufficiently high standards, allowing CMA to operate effectively and efficiently. Other areas under supervision include organizational excellence, protocol, documentation, archiving, premises, and contracts.

Working with a great team of professionals to execute the following key activities:· Develop the operating model and organizational structure of the Academy· Estimate the operating budget of the Academy· Design a curriculum overview and a business case supporting it· Develop and implement staff recruitment and trainee recruitment plans· Forge academic partnerships· Design and develop the detailed curriculum· Develop an IT requirements & implementation plan· Seek sponsors and corporate partners to help build credibility and training demand· Develop an effective marketing strategy and build a marketing and PR infrastructure

Co -Lead along with the deputy all efforts and activities aimed at ensuring that the necessary Human and Financial Resources, Information Technology tools and systems, and other infrastructure and logestics are available at a sufficiently high standards, allowing CMA to operate effectively and efficiently. Other areas under supervision include organizational excellence, protocol, documentation, archiving, premises, and contracts.

Managing the organization transformation program that led to a full implementation of its new organizational structure, board governance, comprehensive authority matrix, manpower utilization, P&P, KPIs, among other major activities.

Led a strategically aligned HR that added significant value to the organization which led to become the employer of choice. Range of HR activities included manpower planning, succession planning, training and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, organizational development, etc.

- Develops and implements a training strategy aligned with CMA goals and objectives and in line with HRM guidelines;- Develops, maintains, analyzes and enhances a performance management system that meet the requirement of CMA;- Develops and implements a competency mapping, modeling, assessment, development, and formulates competency dictionary and comprehensive guidelines;- Develops individual development plans, training needs analysis, and institutes on-job-training programs;- Develops career paths for all jobs at all levels that match best performers expectations;

- Co-created the HR function, including organization structure, new policies, procedures, compensation and benefits- Developed HR delegation of authority matrix - Participated in the closing of 8 merged organizations - PMO for all HR functions including a full-fledged Oracle HRMS - Introducing detailed career plans compatible with the (ABA) standard - Running ABA training programs (Competencies, job specifics, sales, services, compliance, and certification) - Running a balanced scorecard performance management- Co-managed mass-recruitment projects for Branches, Future Managers Program, Fast Track Programs, and Remittance Centers - Responsible for Albilad Culture Project

- Plan and conduct the annual training programs - Introduce the competency-based-approach to HR functions - Link corporate training with international learning experiences- In-housed psychometric assessments- Enlarge in-house effective and efficient learning programs
