 Maintain the records of Integrated Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for all three factories. Monitor Discrepancies and prepare reports for CAPA for all three factories. Conduct accident / incident investigation and prepare reports for all three factories. Issues, reviews and maintains records of Permit to Work. Arrange the Medical Surveillance for all employee considering the work exposure for all three factories. Ensure maintenance of firefighting systems are performed periodically and as required. Liaise with JAFZA EHS and Administration for fulfillment of legal requirements. Prepare legal register, review and update accordingly for all three factories. Regular inspection of factory performed and report for nonconformance for all three factories. Perform monthly camp accommodation inspections for all three factories. Ensure recycling of waste wherever possible. Ensure availability of MSDS for the chemicals used.  Conduct toolbox talks and other general EHS trainings as per the training plan for all three factories.  Ensure availability of adequate first aid and fire fighters in the organization for all three factories. Conduct drills for emergency preparedness as applicable for all three factories. Maintain and track information/reports on Non-Conformities, Complaints, Near Miss incidences, Accidents, Environmental Aspects, EHS legislations, risk assessment.  Monitor/ upkeep the environmental records and consents/licenses. Co-ordinates for the Corrective action closures with the respective Auditees. Performs General site Inspections in factory on daily basis

My Roles & Responsibilities:• To develop and effectively implement the ALSTOM Project Specific EHS Management System and Project EHS Plan;• To develop the Project specific Induction Program for Outage personnel and ensure all personnel are familiar with the EHS Management System, the contents of the EHS Plan, and each person’s obligations and responsibilities both at law and under the Plan;• To develop a GPI schedule and ensure that the GPIs are undertaken and the results are communicated regularly to Alstom and Contractors personnel.• To relate closely with, and routinely report to, the SIM on the overall state of EHS on Site and the outcome of all inspections and any continuing non-conformance, hazards or unsafe acts or conditions identified; • To liaise with, and to provide advise and assistance to Alstom and Contractor Management and employees on any matter of health, safety and environmental legislative compliance, effective risk management, and the implementation and compliance to the Project specific EHS Management System on site;• To ensure all accident /incident reports, Job Start and Toolbox Meeting reports are completed as required• To investigate, or assist in the investigation, of accidents and incidents identify root causes, and ensure that the preventative and corrective measures are in place to prevent recurrences.
