• Coordinate and supervise the Mechanical staff and contractors in performing maintenance, inspection and repairs of all the above-mentioned systems to meet the stipulated KPIs and system availability as well as to ensure compliance with Kahramaa regulation, international standards and best industry practices.• In charge of all improvement and project works related to mechanical systems to ensure seamless integration to existing network.• To plan, organize and provide system engineering support and supervision for the operation, maintenance, modification, trouble-shooting and repair of the mechanical systems.• Will manage, monitor and improve FM contractors’ maintenance delivery while ensuring compliance with best mechanical industry practices, local and international standards.• Will prepare, coordinate and assist in the preparation of Budgets, special reports, presentation, approval processes, technical specification, facilities management contract documents, tender documents, operation and maintenance manuals, maintenance SOPs in alignment with Asset Management System.• Ensure Permit to Work procedures are strictly adhered to by vendors and FM contractor staff.• Responsible for annual budgeting and management of approved budget.• To ensure availability of all required essential spares at all times.• To formulate in house training modules on all mechanical systems and H&S requirements on site in accordance with OSHA regulation and requirements

• Responsible for the efficient and reliable operation of the process and utility systems and equipment within the area of responsibility• Supervises routine maintenance and PM schedules and operations. Ensures all Routine, Quick Calls, Preventative & Predictive Maintenance, Discretionary and Emergency repairs are being performed.• Ensures that work is completed in an efficient and timely manner, and meets standards for safety and productivity through subordinate management staff, maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment for Off Site facilities, including mechanical systems (plumbing, fabrication, HVAC and refrigeration/building systems).• Review of Quotations and inviting tenders for various maintenance activities. • Provide daily briefings to teams through meetings and tool box talks on work schedules and safety procedures.• Preparing maintenance schedule for whole area of supervision• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance• Obtaining specialized components, fixtures etc.• Managing budgets, statistical & financial budgets• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations• Creating maintenance procedures• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment’s• Designing and implementation of new structures and equipment’s• Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, and Equipment Manuals• Configuration, technical material submittal, Functional design specifications etc.• Preparing maintenance related document like planned preventive maintenance schedule, Corrective maintenance report, monthly maintenance report, Maintenance key performance indicator etc.• Carrying out PPM, fault finding, Make Root Cause Analysis to optimize the equipment performance.• Devising and implementing maintenance schedule for Preventive Maintenance, execution of corrective, shutdown & breakdown maintenance, manpower management for smooth plant operations.• Onsite fault findings and troubleshooting of equipment’s.
