As a technical and Project manager for a "Navigation and Tactical simulator project", Carried out top level system design, Complete Hardware, IT and network design, component selection, purchase activities, technical management at various levels of the project development phase, customer communications, budget management, resource management, site preparation, site installation, customer acceptance, customer training, Technical documentation etc. Got trained on MI 17 V5 full flight simulator from TRANSAS , Responsible to maintain a full flight simulator . Participated in the installation of a full flight simulator and Computer based class room. Prepared Maintenance and operation documents for the training centre. prepared Standard Operating procedures for the simulator training centre. Provides internal training on simulators. Associated with project management activities like preparation of RFI , RFP response, attending Pre bid meetings.  Independently maintained a Level D Full Flight Helicopter simulator with Rollin/out facility. Software maintenance, debugging, snag rectification, updating of software models, addition of new systems, software backup/restoration, version control, database maintenance, exposure on various software tools used for simulation.  Knowledge on software and tools used for third party systems like Moog Motion, Control loading and Visual display systems. Knowledge in digital and analogue IO systems, installation, troubleshooting of Data Acquisition systems. Component level repair of electronic panels. Knowledge in installation and troubleshooting of LCD/LED panels and glass cockpit application. Expert in tracing of wiring diagram and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic circuits. Knowledge in Audio system of the simulator including software model implementation, editing of recorded wave files, playback applications, audio hardware implementations, configuration of audio matrix etc. Knowledge in Hardware software integration, calibration of flight controls, control loading systems. Achieved more than 98% serviceability and equipment availability to the customer during the 02 Year warranty period and also during the AMC period. Provided training to customers on operation/maintenance of simulator. Formulated preventive maintenance schedule of the simulator. Suggested/implemented various hardware/software modifications. Revised technical documents to include additional system modifications. Monitoring of facility requirements like humidity, temperature, power etc. Spare parts management, which include identification of spares/consumables, identification of suitable vendors, purchase action, import/export, custom clearance with the help of various agencies. Preparing and maintaining various documents and reports. Implemented many software/hardware modifications as requested by customer.

1st & 2nd Line Maintenance of Helicopters(Avionics). Installation, removal, modification, snag rectification, LRU/SRU level repair of Avionics equipments including VHF/UHF/HF system, Intercom system, FDR/CVR, ADF, Doppler, GPS,ELT, RMI, Navigation system, Primary/Secondary Radars, Multi Function Displays, Nav computer, Data Interface units etc. Flight data / cockpit voice data downloading and analysis  Bench test/calibration of Avionics equipment and other electronics test equipment. Firmware loading/programming of Avionics LRUs. Knowledge about avionics protocols/standards like ARINC-429, MIL-STD-1553, DO-178B etc. Component life monitoring, preparation of data related to aircraft maintenance and flying ops. Experience in maintenance/snag rectification in transit bases/field locations with limited resources.
