Almarai is one of the largest FMCG company in the world,particularly in the diary food and beverages.I joined in Almarai,Saudi Arabia in the H&S department of Capital Projects Division. We have completed few projects of Our company as International Pediatric Nutrition company, Bakery plant,Mega cold/chiller storages and accommodation villa projects in the Al Kharj region.Now plant expansion/modification projects are doing with great HSS support.My responsibilities includes;• To Supervise all the contractors to ensure the effective implementation of legal and contract requirement to minimize the risk of HSE incidents and accidents• Review, comment on and approval of contractor’s HSE Plan, Method statements, Risk assessments, other relevant plans• Give guidance to the contractor on how to carry out the work safely• Carry out routine inspections on site and its documentation• Provide feedback to the Operations department on HSE performance• Maintaining HSE reports of weekly, monthly basis and reporting to Divisional HSE Manager• Monitoring safety orientation and tool box talk conducted by contracting companies• Weekly Site Walk with contractor’s project team• Weekly H&S review meeting with contractors.• Investigating & reporting of all accidents/incidents

Conducting safety Induction, Tool box talk, Safety inspection regularly, equipment inspection and legal requirement, availability of first aid fire appliances, concentrating critical job areas on site. Permit to work system, ensure effective supervision.
