Leading organisations require leaders to wear many hats. My education, knowledge and the experience gained during this past decade in the field of clinical cancer research and development has allowed me to build a portfolio of achievements in the field of proteomics, peptidomics, metabolomics, neuroscience etc.. This has been a vital training and experience that I would carry forward through out my career ladder. Most importantly, I have learnt that working as a team and working with coherence is very important to establish and maintain solid working relationship with teams and staff members from diverse cultures. It has helped me in constructing a healthy and successful research environment until today.
