As an HP ASR it is my job to use my broad and in depth knowledge of the HP product portfolio to train and assist retail managers and employees at big box retail stores on everything HP. I provided training and support to these stores so they can reach there sales goals while providing. fast, friendly service to customers to assess their needs and align them with the correct HP product.
