As a servant leader with a people-first approach, my business philosophy is rooted in people being an essential part of any organization. Zig Ziglar said, "You don't build a business. You build the people, and the people build the business," and I couldn't agree more. People are my interest. How teams fit together to maximize effectiveness and efficiency led me to my company L.O.S.T. (Leading Organizational Success Together), where I help create better leaders, team members, and people. I impact many teams and individuals with speaking engagements and by coaching high-performing business leaders and professionals. My assessment expertise supports my consulting (see below for my results). I am passionate about assessments because they provide a starting point to understanding your why and bringing your true authentic self to work. Additionally, my leadership development skills are an innate strength of mine. I showcased and put my strengths into action by developing and implementing a state-of-the-art leadership program I helped to create from scratch at Boehringer Ingelheim. Outside of work, I am involved with my Church. I assist with the setup and running of fundraisers, and I am working to build a student leadership program called Palmetto Leads. My passion for developing leaders is at every level, and I love to see the impact we can make across South Carolina.
