• Create SOPs, plans, and materials related to recruitment, training, work process, and performance observation• Maintenance the training process in all branches (Indonesia, Malaysia, Poland)• Coordinate with each branch manager to set goals and needs of their teachers• Train teachers in technical and soft skills related to teaching students and dealing with parents • Evaluate Teacher Performance • Involved in the new teacher recruitment process • Train product knowledge to other department members
