Head of Supervision – DUSIT Hotel, $430M Residential and Commercial Complex Project As Head of Supervision, I led the Five-Stars Hotel Complex Project with 4 towers –– a project requiring more than 1 year to complete. Main Tower –– 40-storey hotel building with 3-storey basement plus major external landscaping. I conducted inspections, QA/QC, reviewed transmittals, technical workshops, and meetings while leading the Supervision Team.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Navigated technical challenges and complex process by building and training a high-performing team of 50 members. Resident Engineer & Supervision Team Leader – Al Bateen $150M Residential and Commercial Six Towers Compound ProjectAs Resident Engineer and Supervision Team Leader for the Al Bateen Project, I managed the project for a 16-storey to 26-storey 6-tower complex in Abu Dhabi, including 2-storey retail mall –– the first high-rise building project as Consultant, which subsequently resulted in assignment to Mega Projects.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Supervised massive concrete pouring works for foundations for volumes up to 10,000m3 (350,000 cubic ft). ► Mastered high-quality finishing product with 5-star hotel, mall, and retail areas, luxury residential units, and others.► Drove due diligence.
