Fix route - Riding on assigned bus routes to ensure all riders are safe and following RTC guide lines. Fare Enforcement on all assigned routes. Assist riders in directions and routes to their destination. Ensure safety for all riders and bus drivers. Contact local authorities for emergencies such as rider injuries, bus accidents and etc.

Armed Concierge Security: commit to semi-hourly patrols of exterior and interior perimeters of property. Help intake mail, as well as accepting food deliveries (Uber, Door Dash, etc., etc.) on behalf of internal client employees. Remain hyper-vigilant as we provide a presence after the facility was threatened by a former employee that was terminated and made a rifle threat, employee made said threat and threatened to use force on office female client Shift4 employees with aforementioned rifle, after being terminated by female HR staff, subject since arrested by LVMPD. Providing a highly professional, armed visible and uniformed presence to front desk, welcoming employees in as they started their day and investigating and mitigating any incidents within the interior of Shift4 office building, as well as the outer perimeter/exterior of Shift4. Supporting Shift4 Executives upon request and as out of town Shift4 executives came into town and visited.

Was also involved in a two week contract where we assisted a company in high risk terminations during mass widespread terminations within their company, managing employee threats and persons of interest

I transferred from the cadet side of the US Air Force Auxiliary in July of 2016 before I deployed to Louisiana with FEMA in July to work the floods as an AmeriCorps FEMA Corps Member. Upon returning home to Las Vegas I was made Nellis Composite Squadron's Personnel and Admin Officer.

Upon turning 18 in 2014 I became certified as Civil Air Patrol Search and Rescue aircrew. I became a Mission Airborne Photographer, and a Mission Observer, where I sat in the front co-pilot's seat of a Cessna General Aviation Aircraft running the radio and served as the mission's commander for the aircrew.

Within CAP's search and rescue program I also was certified to work ground crew and worked as a ground team search member, an urban direction finding team member where I was trained to track down and "prosecute" aircraft Emergency Locator Transmitters.

I found myself more in the air within CAP Aircrew and working in the Incident Command Post as I fell in love with base command and my highest ICP certifications was as an Air Ops Branch Director, and the Communication Unit Leader where I was required to go through FEMA ICS-300, an in person higher level emergency management course. I got my ICS-300 through the NV State Division of Emergency Management

Route 91 Las Vegas Shooting First Responder:
As a festival attendee - as somebody who was already in the crowd, I used search and rescue and first aid training to provide triage and trauma care support, using the MARCH medical assessment method to help out where I could within festival grounds as I made my own way out and eventually evacuated out when LVMPD locked the area down, I had to be helped out by uniformed Metro officers as my knees had gone out at that time.

Metropolitan Police Explorer - noncommissioned/non-sworn civilian Metro personnel.

Participated within the Boy Scout Learning for Life Explorer’s Program within LVMPD from ages 15-21 within the Patrol track of the LV Metro Post (Metro offers Patrol, Corrections, Dispatch, and CSI tracks within their Explorer program for teenagers)

Learned use of force, escalation and deescalation through Metro PD Explorer Advisors, and executed UOF during approved LVMPD Ride-Alongs with sworn Metro Officers, working traffic and responding to calls for service under Sworn Metro Supervision while wearing LVMPD body armor and other approved equipment. I also provided crowd and parking control during special events and helped inspect Metro police vehicles and associated facilities to ensure police equipment was functional and help to keep accountability of law enforcement equipment & inventory

I would serve as an explorer until my 21st birthday - a month after the 2017 Las Vegas Strip Country Festival Shooting, of which I attended.

Deployed to FEMA-DR-4277-LA, the Louisiana "1,000 Year Flood" that made national news. Was assigned to AmeriCorp's Atlantic Region, placed into a "junior IMAT" under a full-fledged federal FEMA IMAT. While on disaster I was assigned Planning due to past experiences with the USAF Auxiliary. While working in the resources unit during 4277, I was single handedly responsible for all of the MS Office documents. All MS Docs were created, approved, or vetted and proofread by me. Of note, I was single handedly responsible for creating the affected area/flood zone excel chart that all other disaster teams used to create their own materials (IE, GIS used this excel chart to extrapolate areas and then placed their own GIS intel on top of a graphic map). This excel chart was distributed to all federal and state entities and partners actively on disaster.

*Was personally recognized by the FEMA FCO for the thoroughness of my work documents.

I unfortunately did not get to stay for the full FEMA Corps Term as my mother fell ill. I was transported home and allowed an early program release to come home to family.
