In this role, I launch internal / external investigations to build cases for local and federal subpoenas with in-house general counsel team. I collaborate with human resources on conducting employee interviews related to misconduct / illegal actions. I ensure airline compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, while assessing current and future security camera and access control needs. I also deliver corporate security presentations to V.P., CEO, and COO along with implementing security policies, procedures, and programs. I oversee performance of all security department personnel and collaborate with local and federal law enforcement on active shooter training, embezzlement, and fraud courses for staff.
