Newly created HR Manager position on the senior management team for a multi-site tertiary education organisation teaching NZQA approved Diploma courses in Business and Hospitality Management.I led a team with overall responsibility for all HR, Recruitment & L&D processes across the Auckland and Wellington sites. I was directly responsible for all recruitment for academic and non-academic business units utilising search methodologies, social media and traditional recruitment techniques. Whilst in this position I successfully led two restructures to streamline the organisation, implemented new cloud based performance management systems, re-designed and implemented the salary review processes and introduced new onboarding programmes and training programmes that led to awards for PBRS - as well as acting in other senior management positions when required.
