Key Responsibilities:-Perform validation of device modules, collect measurement data and results, perform analysis to determine if meeting specifications within allowed guardbands.-Develop new & update existing test automation software for characterization. Write embedded software and test software for microcontrollers.-Perform correlation of product returns. Analyze test data. Write up analysis reports to share with other functional groups for containment and defect isolation.

-Initiate & execute technical improvements on products. -Manage quality feedback to resolve quality issues and improve customer satisfaction. -Look for continuous improvements and cost saving opportunities.-Manage and lead technical team on New Product Introductions.-Mentor to new engineers.
