- Responsible for detailed engineering work for REW (Request for engineering work) that aims to improve design, process control, reliability, safety and production.- Conduct engineering evaluation for plant modification proposals.- Participate in Hazard Operability (HAZOP) review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed and attend Pre-Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)- Work closely with vendors, and consultation department as needed and perform engineering studies.- Assist and provide technical consultation to maintenance and operations team.- Conduct technical evaluation of control system and instrumentation purchases.- Inspection of Materials Purchased as per specifications provided.- Maintain engineering drawings and Mark-up PDF’s, P&ID’s, ILD’s and datasheet.- Lead the team in project for implementation of instruments.- Lead the team for technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.- Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.- Preparation/Creation of documentation (As-built, Project close out, RIA-Request for Inspection and Acceptance, RMA-Request for Maintenance Acceptance and REMDA-Request for Equipment Master Database Amendment)- Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the projects profitability.

- Preparation/Creation of Precision Work Instruction Procedures including initial training of Supervisors and Technicians.- Spare Parts Review for SIS, Fire and Gas, and Critical and Quality Instruments for Petrochemical Plant. - Monitors spare parts availability and regularly checks & review materials specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy.- Equipment Maintenance Plan Review (includes Failure code analysis, and Task list revisions) to make the task easier and safer & formulates appropriate changes to improve maintenance system & productivity.- Determine the best way/techniques of making Preventive maintenance to minimize interruptions of operation and optimize production.- Directly involve/responsible in maintenance and commissioning, troubleshooting and repair, diagnosing of faults, inspection, testing, and modification of plant process control/instrumentation, Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) logic modification and other related instrumentation and control system.- Monitoring and review of mean-time to repair per work order - Supervising and responsible for PM/servicing, gap adjustment, and system checking of Bentley Nevada 3500 Module and Allen Bradley XM Module vibration monitoring system.- Supervising and responsible for PM/servicing and calibration of instruments such as level, pressure, temperature and flow transmitter.- Supervising and responsible on On-off and Control Valves overhauling and testing using Ventil for Leak and Shell testing.- Participate on the daily notification review with Planning Engineer and Operations Gate Keeper in the identification of work specification, work scope, materials and other technical requirements of the work being prepared.- Provide inputs to Planning Engineer in preparing the Work Package which includes identifying tools, standards, drawings, references and other materials necessary to perform the work safely and efficiently.
