I have started my career in a renowned Pharmaceutical company as a Quality Management officer in the year of 2017. My responsibilities were to handle Change Control, Deviations, Market Complaint, prepare SOP, validate QMS documents and assist to Tech Transfer team. I switched from there and started a new industry in IT service as Medical Device Complaint Handling Investigator. As a Complaint Investigator, my roles were reviewing the record assessed by Evaluators and investigating complaints, written the Investigation summary, creating Customer Response Latter and Good Faith Effort (GFE) follow up for additional information. Later I was selected to be the Quality Assurances Analyst/TTT of the same project, where the main responsibilities were to analyse the complaint received from the Customer and perform required coding, MDR, GFE, health severity, reportable event, CRL and other important fields. Along with these I am also responsible for performing internal Audits of production data along with providing required training for the Team.
