I strategically managed the entire gamut of Corporate HR activities and general administratiion and implemented best practices for providing a distinctive edge to the organization in the industry. During this stint, I have distinguished contributions in setting up robust HR processes and aligning HR best practices with the key organizational strategies. I led several employee-friendly initiatives and played a key role in establishing a competency framework, implemented OD interventions successfully and drove various change initiatives for fostering a culture of high-performance. I also streamlined the T&D activities at the Corporate Office and ensured 100% compliance with the regulatory requirements. I pioneered the design & implementation of Talent Management modules in Success Factors, an HRMS. I effectively spearheaded various responsibilities for meeting the goals of HR: Spearheaded the Talent Management Function for the Group. Was the Chairperson of the Internal Complaints committee in India for Prevention of sexual harassment and was a part of the due diligence & Post Merger Integration team of the ‘People piece’ with Yokohama and for which I was appreciated by management.

I joined the organization as a Consultant on a Flexible part time basis in Feb’ 07. During this period, I expertly managed the Enterprise HR Outsourcing Account of an MNC as an HR Head as a result of which the HR Outsourcing contract was renewed 4 times in a row with the client. I successfully handled diverse HR consulting projects in the areas of HR strategy/policies/processes, performance management, compensation benchmarking, culture audits, employee satisfaction surveys, competency framework, value institutionalisation etc for prestigious clients. In Apr’ 11, as I became a fulltime team member of the company I was elevated to the position of a Sr. Consultant and subsequently a Delivery Head & Business Head West. Was responsible for leading a team of Consultants and Associates for driving Western region's profitability by bagging various Enterprise HR Outsourcing, Consulting and CXO Search projects. I handled diverse projects for reputed clients from various industries by acting as a Business Partner for delivering HR Process Consulting solutions and achieved the profitability targets by bagging repeat projects as well as enhancing revenue opportunities for the organization. I played a key role in strengthening client relationships and maximizing business opportunities, established the processes from scratch, successfully led the HR function by acting as the HR head; mentored and groomed a team of consultants, implemented innovative ideas, introduced new processes & solutions, designed company newsletter and website.

I worked with different industries and companies in the capacity of an independent HR Consultant and was responsible for the design and deployment of Assessment Centers, Competency mapping, Performance Management System. I trained the internal assessors of reputed group of companies by conducting assessor workshops, developed competency based model for clients, redesigned the HR processes for an IT consulting firm. I also facilitated the organization and department level goal setting and individual level KRA setting for a PR firm and designed a Variable Pay Plan for them.

I headed the HR dept and was a key member of the top management team with additional responsibilities of General Administration, Accounts and Quality. Key achievements during this period were curbing the attrition rate by almost 50%, developing robust HR systems and processes for developing a high performing organization and leading initiatives for successfully getting the company ISO 9001 certified. I also published whitepapers in books brought out by Bombay Management Association (BMA).

I was in charge of lateral recruitment and HR/OD initiatives.
