Preparing international shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, insurance certificates, invoices, certificates of origin, EXP, and Commercial agreements. 2. Negotiate Freight rates, CNF rates, Truck or Trailer rates, and other relevant payments. 3. Coordinating with brokers, freight forwarders, and other third parties to arrange shipments of goods between countries. 4. Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered following customer specifications and timelines. 5. Keep accurate records of all transactions and maintain an organized filing system and Generate reports on export activity as needed. 6. Liaison with the Bank to negotiate bank documents and Export Payments. 7. Collaborate with other departments to develop and improve export processes. 8. Provide guidance and support to other staff in the organization. 9. Follow up on DEDO matters and take refund. 10. Follow up and manage all export-related logistics matters.
