Venerable YouGuang serves in various leadership capacities to foster spiritual growth, interfaith harmony, and community well-being. As the Abbot and President of Samantabhadra Vihara, Chairman (Public Relations) of the Singapore Buddhist Federation, and Executive Director of the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, he plays a pivotal role in promoting Buddhist teachings and values. Additionally, in his role as 1st Vice President of the Metta Welfare Association, he supports initiatives addressing special education, welfare, and social needs.In recognition of his contributions, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (Thailand) conferred upon him an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Buddhist Educational Administration.Venerable YouGuang actively guides Buddhists and like-minded individuals toward a harmonious way of life through teachings, personal consultations, and community engagements. His efforts extend to interfaith dialogues and events organised by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), the Inter-Religious Organisation (IRO), and other faith-based organisations, fostering mutual understanding, trust, and respect across diverse communities.Ordained at Fa Hua Monastery and received Higher Ordination at TzuYun Temple in Taiwan. Venerable received both Dharma transmissions of the Hua-Yen Lineage and CaoDong-Zen Lineage. His extensive experience and dedication continue to inspire and connect with people from all walks of life.有廣法師在多個重要職位上領導和推動佛教教育、宗教和諧及社區福祉。作為東眴閣的住持、新加坡佛教總會的公關主席以及佛牙寺的執行總監，他緻力於弘揚佛法及佛教價值觀。衕時，擔任慈光福利協會第一副會長，他積極支持特殊教育、福利及社會需求相關的計劃和項目。為表彰他的貢獻，泰國瑪哈朱拉隆功佛教大學授予他佛教教育管理榮譽博士學位。有廣法師通過講座、個人咨詢和社區參與，引導佛教徒及誌衕道合者走曏和諧的生活之道。他積極參與並支持由新加坡文化、社區及青年部 (MCCY)、新加坡宗教聯誼會 (IRO) 及其他信仰機構舉辦的跨宗教對話與活動，促進社區之間更深的理解、信任與尊重。法師於法華禪寺出家，並於臺灣慈雲寺受具足戒，先後獲得華嚴宗和曹洞禪宗法脈傳承。他豐富的經驗與無私的奉獻精神，持續啟迪和聯結不衕背景的人士。
