This project was created before the AI hype and ChatGPT.●️ Co-founded an AI-powered SaaS product that provided knowledge indexing, conversation analysis, and documentation for professionals (we started by targeting call centers)●️ Used different LLMs (BERT and GPT-3) to build a contextual AI assistant that handled repetitive and low-value tasks like knowledge indexing and retrieval which on average takes 2 hours per day.●️ Deployed the product as a Docker image on AWS servers clusters that auto-scaled with load balancing, images orchestration, and CI/CD.We eventually had to end the startup in May 2022 (yes, just before the AI hype) because people were too afraid to try it.
