I joined OIG’s Group Financial Reporting team as a Financial Analyst and progressively promoted to the Management level. My primary responsibilities,• Manage monthly/annual financial statements consolidation of the group (consists of subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures) and analyse financial performance of group and report to the top management on a monthly basis. • Managed IFRS convergence project – performing a gap assessment, quantification of the impact, formulating and finalizing disclosures, and preparation of IFRS model financials. • Managing and Coordinating External Audits of group companies.• Making sure that the group is in compliance with regulations such as Tax and Financials submissions to the regulators.• Streamlining and enhancing financial reporting process across the group.• Engage in assessing accounting treatment for various transactions such as business combinations, sale and lease back and other financing transactions.• Taken a lead role in implementing Financial Reporting System [IBM Cognos TM1] across the Group.

At Textured Jersey I was working in the team of ERP business analysts’ to ensure the functioning of MM (Material Management) and FI (Finance) modules of SAP. Working closely with SAP development teams to evaluate the alignment of proposed solutions with business requirements was also a main responsibility.
