Analyses include discounted cash flow; company comparables; internal rate of return and weighted average cost of capital.• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements to determine risk, business drivers & dependencies (balance sheet strengths, cash flow generation). Evaluate feasibility studies and business documents.• Modeling: Design integrated financial models to forecast financial growth, analyze pro forma effects of M&A activity, define capital raising scenarios, and value entities.• Research & Presentation: Research and evaluate market and competitive conditions, current and emerging trends, and industry-specific solutions in order to prepare Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), Information Overviews (IOs) and other marketing collateral materials.
