On product marketing role is focus on LED lighting for bulb lamp, T8 and related PWM IC, AC/DC for charger IC, PLC (power line Communication) and DC/DC market on COT and sliding technology. Mainly to analysis and develops market trends to plan and define product specification with RD team. Leading application team to develop application circuit, evaluation, characters new IC, draft application note, design note and specification, build up reference design, hands on customer project. Responses on sales team for object oriented management (Sales and FAE) to create NBO, DI and DW to gain market share.

Responseable to assist FAE to secure design in on first tier customer. marketing survey to understand customers need, planing new product concept to meet the requests. Present and block system configurations.

Provide key solution to help customer finish the product. Define new function specification based on market feedback. Provide technical support to White/ RGB LED TV backlight for D1, D2, D3 and 3D TV. (Software, Hardware, concept and total power system efficiency and system control flow). In addition, provide product of IC definition to have better function for market needs.

Responded to develop display lighting product line, who made the application schematic, verification the design and produced evaluation board.

Provided reference design of AC/DC, DC/AC and DC/DC power supply to area sales team. Delivered the new technology and products concept to internal associates. Provided hands on support to key customer projects.

In charge of first line technical support and developing new market at Power Management (LDO, Switching Regulator, and Hot Swap.. etc), wireless communication (RF), Fiber Optical Module, High Speed Logic, High Speed Clock for SDH/ ATM applications, High Speed Network Communications, High Performance Computing, ATE and Ethernet (Kendin) products,.. etc. Promoted new product and setting up new business opportunities. Capable of develop, the local distributors technical capability. Provided turn-key solution or lateral supports for customer’s HW and SW requirements. Provided hands-on supports for fine tuning customer’s design. Dried business from a technical level including design wins, application identification, and new product ideas.
